Icaraki
Icaraki
Set within the peaceful grounds of Villa Icarus, Icaraki – meaning little Icarus – was completed in summer 2025.
Originally designed as an additional bedroom for the main villa, it soon evolved into something rather special: a beautifully self-contained little house, tucked gently among olive, bay and oak trees, with its own private terrace for quiet moments outdoors.
Positioned far enough from the main villa to ensure privacy – with the terrace facing away from the house – yet close enough to remain connected, Icaraki is perfect for family members or friends who want to share in villa life while enjoying their own calm retreat at the end of the day.
The terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the evening, making it an ideal spot for sundowner cocktails or a relaxed pre-dinner drink.
Inside, bi-fold doors on two sides of the open-plan living and kitchen space create a seamless sense of indoor-outdoor living. Furnished to the same high standard as the main villa, with matching kitchen design and Coco-Mat beds, guests in the annex never feel like an afterthought – many say it feels like the best place to stay.
The double bedroom features a spacious walk-in shower room and Coco-Mat beds that can be arranged as either king or twin. Underfloor heating extends the comfort into the cooler early and late season months.
A large LED television and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area allow Icaraki to accommodate either a couple or up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
Outside on the private terrace are two sun loungers, a sofa with table, and a small shaded table and chairs beneath the olive tree – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Icaraki has its own separate entrance via a stone path from above, while another stone pathway connects it gently to the main villa grounds.
